Kiran Chandra Kalluri is a Partner at Dallas Venture Capital (DVC), a cross-border venture capital firm investing in enterprise software product startups across India and the United States. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Kiran brings close to 30 years of leadership experience across global organizations including Google, Dell Technologies, The Economic Times, and Onida.
At DVC, he focuses on identifying and partnering with exceptional founders building enterprise technology companies with global potential while also handling operations and investor relations. He has led investments in companies such as Simplismart and Mojro, and has played a key role in investments including iTuring.ai and other high-growth enterprise software startups. Beyond investing, he actively mentors founders and leverages DVC's global network to help portfolio companies scale internationally.
A well-known voice in India's startup ecosystem, Kiran is a prolific speaker on venture capital, startup investing, entrepreneurship, and scaling technology businesses. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences, startup summits, universities, incubators, accelerators, and investor forums across the country. He is also a Charter Member of TiE Hyderabad and actively mentors entrepreneurs while contributing to the growth of India's innovation ecosystem.
Kiran holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Osmania University. He is passionate about building globally successful technology companies and strengthening India's deep-tech and enterprise software ecosystem.
